FITNESS
We
have procured two fitness deals for the employees of our member agencies:
a) Synergy Medical Fitness Center, Queen of the Valley Medical Center, Napa:
- Special corporate rate: $150 enrollment fee, plus $62/month;
- 2nd participant (spouse, domestic partners, dependents) $135 enrollment fee plus $56/month;
- Second additional family member: $22. Third additional family member: $22. Total for family $162.00
- You must sign up for a one-year term that can only be broken if you move 25 miles away or if your doctor says you should not exercise
- Enrollment fee is paid up front and monthly fees are billed automatically each month to your credit card or debited from your bank account
- Go to the Center anytime and ask to take the 5 minute tour. The place sells itself.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are already a Synergy Medical Fitness Center member, and your monthly fee is greater than $62, you can automatically switch to our group and save the difference (but you will not get a refund for the difference in the enrollment fee you paid and the amount we pay).
b) Exertec
Health and Fitness Center, Napa:
- 1st person: no initiation fee, $10 card fee, plus $47/month. Note: this is the lowest corporate rate they offer!
- 2nd person/spouse: initiation fee: $50, card fee $15, $39/month
- 3rd person/child (12-18 years of age): initiation fee: $50, card fee $15, $24/month
- 3rd person (19-22 years of age) initiation fee: $50, card fee: $15, $51/month.
