NapaHelp is an Online Directory of Community Services Available to Napa Residents NapaHelp is a public access database of information about Napa County community services that anyone can access via the Internet at the URL www.napahelp.info. NapaHelp provides an extensive list for Coalition members to use as a resource for Information and Referral requests from their clients. Service providers in this electronic directory are either government agencies or private nonprofit organizations. Their services are offered either free of charge, at low cost or on a sliding scale according to ability to pay. More than 60 organizations currently in the database offer over 300 programs and services, including basic subsistence (food, housing and financial aid), physical and mental health care, family support services, employment and vocational training, legal assistance and more.
