Arts Council of Napa Valley

ACNV Education Alliance Coordinator

Arts Council Napa Valley is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and preferably bilingual (Spanish-English) arts education advocate to serve as the seasonal part-time ACNV Education Alliance Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity focused on sustaining and growing equitable access to arts education countywide for all students. As the point person for the Alliance, the Coordinator will cultivate relationships and implement communications to forward the Alliance’s mission (“To Inspire the voice and creative mind within every student in Napa County”), especially with current and potential contributors to the Alliance Fund and Alliance partners. Additionally, the Coordinator will present on the successes and needs in arts education to community groups, in support of the NVUSD Arts Education Master Plan and other districts. This position is ideal for a community member looking to make a difference for our youth. Candidates can expect 16 hours per week with most activity in school year (August - May).

Development and Outreach Coordinator

Arts Council Napa Valley is seeking a creative, passionate, and skilled Development & Outreach Coordinator to help develop, design, and implement brand-aligned cultivation, sales and marketing activities for members, donors, and the general public that will promote ACNV’s mission; cultivating authentic relationships and building broad local enthusiasm and engagement for all arts and culture. This position assists in the design and implementation of membership and annual fund programs utilizing best practices and strong sales techniques to retain and develop relationships with artists, supporters, and public audiences. The main focus of ACNV is on promoting equity for our students, vibrancy and health of our local arts community, and access for the general public. This includes growing awareness, meaningful engagement, and support for all arts and culture, including but not limited to modern and traditional music, dance, theater, media, literary, visual and craft arts of all cultures.
