Suzanne Shiff, Executive Director  email

Suzanne Shiff has been the Executive Director of Napa Valley Coalition of Nonprofit Agencies since 2009. She came to the Coalition from Napa Valley Vintners/Auction Napa Valley where she was the program officer of the Grants Review Committee. Previous to that, she had a rich history in health and human services, having worked at Napa State Hospital for 24 years, as well as served as the first Executive Director of the Napa County Public Authority/In Home Support Services.
 
At NVV/ANV Shiff worked closely with the many nonprofits in the Valley, “I developed deep respect for the incredibly difficult job nonprofit agencies do, and I also knew the position with the Coalition would put all my skills to use.”  She has an M.A. in Organization Development from California State University at Sonoma, and a  B.S. in Recreation Therapy from California State University at Sacramento. She currently serves on the Board of the Napa Chamber of Commerce, is the practicum facilitator for Leadership Napa Valley (graduate of Class 3), and is past Chair and member of the Napa County Commission on Aging, the 2009 City of Napa Housing Element committee and has been part of the 2007 and 2010 Community Health Needs Assessment Collaborative.

Finuala Liberti, Executive Assistant email

Finuala Liberti has been the part-time Executive Assistant of the Napa Valley Coalition of Nonprofit Agencies since 2006.  She has also served on several Napa Valley nonprofit boards and steering committees, founded the American Canyon MOMS Club chapter, and currently volunteers at her children's school a few days each week.  Prior to motherhood, she worked as an Executive Assistant at a large motion picture special effects company in Marin, as well as paid her dues working retail management.  When not working virtually for the Coalition, she enjoys a good cup of coffee, a game of Scrabble, and spending time with her family.  She dreams of one day winning a round of Mario Kart against her 2 boys.
